Digital By Design, LLC agrees to perform the design-led marketing services described in the proposal/SOW. Services are subject to the terms of the specific agreement signed by the client.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Digital By Design, LLC reserves the right to pause services for overdue accounts.
Upon full payment, the client owns the creative assets produced specifically for their campaigns. Digital By Design, LLC retains the right to use these assets for portfolio purposes unless a request for non-disclosure is made.
Agreements may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.
